Brief:
To design and install new kitchens and bathrooms in various occupied properties throughout North East London

Outcome:
The project was delivered on time, met all the client’s KPIs and left the householders involved completely satisfied.

How we did it:
The housing association had identified a number of properties where kitchens and bathrooms fell below the required standards. We surveyed and designed each room individually, working with residents to ensure their preferences were taken into account. 
The project was controlled by our directly employed surveyors, contract managers and resident liaison teams, whose highly coordinated, resident-focused approach minimised disturbances. And, thanks to using our own storage and delivery facilities, we were able to ensure that all materials were of the right quality and arrived at the site at the right time, in the right quantities.
