Brief:
The external refurbishment of a large, fully-operational cinema, restaurant and leisure complex which had been deteriorating for more than a decade.

Outcome:
 

The project was undertaken with zero defects or complaints and finished on time and under budget – thanks in no small part to the excellent working relationship forged between our site manager and the various stakeholders involved.

How we did it:
 

Our directly-employed trades team, backed up by tired and tested specialist subcontractors, produced high quality workmanship covering; scaffolding and alternative access methods, cladding cleaning and repairs to insulated cladding panels and rubber gaskets, roofing repairs to profile cladding, pest control, structural repairs to retaining walls, paving, metalwork renewals, security improvements, electrical and rainwater good renewals, pigeon controls, redecorating and internal common parts upgrades.
