Brief:
The external refurbishment of a fully-occupied block of flats in central London, requiring all new external windows and doors, a new insulated Bauder roof system, cantilevered edge protection, concrete repairs, asbestos removal, new security doors, fire alarms, floor coverings and redecorations.
Outcome:
The client’s managing surveyors and our site team forged a strong relationship. As a result, the contract came in on time, under budget and without any issues.
How we did it:
The project was controlled by one of our directly employed site managers, working together with our resident liaison officer. Our directly employed trades team produced high-quality workmanship and our tried and tested specialist subcontractors carried out the new window and roofing installations with precision.
