Brief:
To refurbish the external envelope of a fully-occupied, five-storey listed terrace of 46 housing association flats.

Outcome:
The architectural team were deeply impressed by our work and, on that basis, selected us for various follow-on projects.

How we did it:
Our in-house site management and construction surveying team oversaw works consisting of roofing, masonry, timber, rendering, lead-work repairs and re-decorating. All of this was done in strict accordance with the architects’ vision – and the requirements that come with working on a listed building
