Brief:
To subdivide a grade II listed office into two new autonomous parts – bringing the building up to the standards of a modern work space while remaining sympathetic to its 16th century roots. All of this had to be done while the clients continued to use the site as their base.

Outcome:
Our site team built an excellent working relationship with William Boyes, allowing us to add value to their property whilst they continued delivering for their clients.

How we did it:

As the building – which was originally built with salvaged ship timbers – had not been worked on since repairs to bomb damage during WWII, our renovations had to be extensive. Despite the restricted space and the site’s location on a busy bus route, new services, air conditioning, extensions and landscaping were all carried out with a minimum of disruption.
